If I had to pick a favorite psalm, I would have to pick Psalm 37, which was the psalm for the Order for Evening Prayer today.

The psalmist tells us, “Do not us fret about evil doers”. Instead, we are to:

1. Trust in the Lord. Remember, God has it all in hand.
2. Do good and dwell in the land. God wants you to live and let you light shine.
3. Delight in the Lord. God wants you to trade in your worries for faith and hope in Him.
4. Commit our ways to Him ( as we continue to trust Him). God wants you to quit waffling. Renew your commitment to trust in Him.
5. Hold still in the Lord. God wants you to rest…in Him. That is the only place where you can find real peace.

God has a plan. He promises that he will not forsake you. He is our strength in times of trouble. So, don’t worry about evil doers, and fret about their goings on. God has a plan for them as well.

Here is Psalm 37. I hope you love it as much as I do,
